We are a Global New Media business helping Magazine and Website owners maximise revenues via our new media platform.  We aim to change the way content is consumed and provide advertisers with exciting new channels to communicate to consumers.  We allow Publishers to gain a better understanding of their Audience in order to personalise their content and increase audience engagement.  Our platform provides personalised content and data-driven media opportunities for advertisers to engage readers.

The core objective of this senior sales role is to maximise revenue opportunities to help achieve monthly revenue targets. Your goal of retaining and growing clients, plus winning new business will be achieved by offering innovative and client focused end-to-end advertising solutions.  You will have very strong Agency relationships enabling you to present a new media platform and the new advertising concepts that come with it.

As the successful candidate you will possess:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in online advertising
  • A proven track record in developing large accounts
  • An established network of agency contacts at both senior and junior levels.
  • Experience in audience-based selling of digital media is ideal.
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.
  • Active in industry trade and networking events.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A solid professional sales background with proven ability to sell into Media Agencies
  • The ability to create compelling sales presentations
  • First class negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Be an inspirational team player capable of working within a fast paced and highly demanding environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • A passion for the media industry
  • The ability to work as an autonomous sales person in a highly competitive environment
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel Skills
